Michael Millward speaks at Workplace Bullying Event - 26-10-2009
Just ahead of National Ban Bullying at Work day Abeceder managing director Michael Millward spoke today at a meeting of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Scarborough forum.

The meeting which was supported by Castle Employment Agency was held at the Woodend Creative Workspace.

Also speaking were David Ellames from the University of Hull and Mr Nick Sheppard employment partner at York based law firm Langleys Solicitors.

Mr Ellames spoke about his recently published research into assessing the risks of workplace bullying and Mr Sheppard explained some of the legal issues surrounding

Mr Millward opened the event with an icebreaker from Best of Icebreakers and Endings ,and illustrated some of the issues of workplace bullying with a DVD video Challenging Behaviour - Workplace Bullying. Both learning resources are available from the Abeceder Workplace Learning Centre.
