International Expansion

Abeceder recently assisted a leading software company to plan and implement its international expansion strategy.

The Company, based in South West England, needed to build on its presence in the UK market by expanding into Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Employees were either relocated to or recruited in six different countries in less than six months.

Abeceder consultants worked with the Human Resources Department to define the legal requirements for employing staff in each location, and then implemented the strategy.

Abeceder consultants also assisted in the identification and opening of office locations.

The Clients Human Resources Team are now using the Abeceder International Employment Legislation Comparator as a straightforward way of avoiding confusion when dealing with the employment legislation of the different countries in which they now have employees.

See our International Employment Law Comparator preview.
